There is something special about spending time with people who have known you forever (i.e. since seventh grade) and it's even more special to see those people love your child nearly as much as you do. We had such a wonderful visit from Cessie and Cindy, who flew out from Michigan to spend time with us and with Cess's brother and family in Washington.
The golden shoulder strikes again! Cessie could make this kid sleep within minutes of her picking him up.
Cindy made so many delicious meals and little snacks.
The center of attention, as usual. I don't think he minds.
An incredible dinner out at a lovely remodeled theater.
A less glamorous experience, but still tasty, at Burgerville. Mmmmilkshakes. Cessie and Cindy loved riding in the back with Auggie.
Eating again, this time in SE Portland.

This last picture is just too adorable. Thanks for posting all those pictures of your visit with Cessie & Cindy. Cindy stopped by the other night & shared stories of her visit. I'm so happy they could spend time with M, A, & E (MAE) Every time I see pictures, all I can think is "I can't wait to see you all at the wedding!!!"
